Contact us within 30 days of receipt if you're not completely satisfied. A Return Number will be assigned, providing the product is in resalable condition. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to returned, refunded, or exchanged items. Product returned without a Return Number, or past the 30-day deadline, will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Missing or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.
Returns must arrive in new condition, in original manufacturer's packaging, with all product information intact. Health codes don't allow our team to handle soiled items. Anything that doesn't meet these specifications will be discarded at no credit.
After Your Return Number Is Issued
Ship the item back with your Return Number on the outside of the package. Once we receive it, any applicable restocking fee (up to 20%) is deducted first, and the remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method.

Subscription products are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing interval selected at checkout (weekly, monthly, or yearly). The subscription price shown at checkout reflects the price charged per billing period.

You may cancel or modify your subscription any time prior to the next billing date to prevent the next shipment from processing.
